Donate Your Phone for a US Soldier
If you have an old phone that you would like to donate, consider "Cell Phones for Soldiers." This project allows cell phone users to donate their old phones, in working condition or not. These phones are then fixed and turned into workable phones or refurbished and sold for money. The money is used to purchase pre-paid phone cards so that soldiers can make phone calls to their families.

Don't know what to do with your used or broken cell phone? Donate it to any number of worthwhile causes! Many organizations, including zoological societies, battered women's clinics, and centers for missing children, ask that you donate your used or old cell phone. These organizations either fix your phone and resell it, or they may refurbish your phone and give it to a needy recipient.
